Weekend Recap

I worked hard this weekend trying to get more Aprons made. Well I only got 2 accomplished along with the few stitcheries I got done.  I spent all morning Saturday doing a stitchery for an order and finished two more by last night.  I made two of these aprons. Both little girls. I think they are just so adorable.  I hope they sell at the show I am doing in March at Calico.  The weekend of the 18th. Anyone going to be around and come?

Mom made these to sell at my show in March. These a just soooo dang CUTE! I think I might have to make one for me to keep! Mom always said she will NEVER make cutsie dolls or anything.. ONLY PRIM! Ha I guess not anymore since she likes these.  I hope people love them at the show, bc I know I sure do.  You can check out her blog here and find out where she got the pattern from.

New Little Girl Aprons and Tarts

I've been working super hard this weekend.. Wow. Im a pooped!  I had a bunch of orders to get done.. And managed to make little girls aprons and adult aprons.  I think this little girls one, is super cute. I can't wait to make some adult size ones.

Mom found some of her old tart molds and gave them to me to use. They are so cute! She talked me into doing one scent called "Monkey Farts" Yes interesting name.. But it does smell very good. haha.  Also made some sheep and small feet in a "Honey Suckle Jasmine".  The small pink bars are in a scent called "Strawberry Shortcake".  Smells exactly like real strawberrys. Not imitation. I can't wait to see how well people like them at the show in Moultrie Ga.

Things I have been working on

These a are few things I have been working on.. I  have not been just sitting on my butt!  I gotten quite a few stitchery pillows done. and some more tarts.  I have an upcoming craft show in Moultrie GA this Spring I  am excited to do.  It is the weekend of the 18th in March.

More Tarts.  I ordered some new scents last night.  Gardenia, Honeysuckle Jasmine, Butterrum, and Strawberry Shortcake.  I can't wait until they get her.

New Easter Pattern

Just finished up this Easter Bunny pattern, he is 12" x 14" in size. I made him from sherpa fur, but you can use anything you prefer to make him.  I am planning on having several rabbits at the show in Moultrie. Still hoping I get in.  So I am busy working on some stitchery pillows and Easter items for that show. If you wish to purchase the pattern, just go to the sidebar for paypal button.

Tips and Tricks!

I have had quite a few emails and requests on how to do the coloring of the stitcherys. Either Acrylic paint or crayons works the best.  Heres a few tips and tricks to it.

Easter Aprons

I've been working on some Easter aprons for little girls. I this print, lime green with bunnies and pink flowers, and then jelly beans on a white fabric. Too cute!  I am entering to do a spring show. Calico in Moultrie GA, the weekend of the 18th in March.  Moms friend does it and says it is pretty good, so I thought I would give it a try. Guess I need to be getting to work.
