I've been really craving a pumpkin pie lately. I love to bake so this was perfect. I found this delicious recipe on the internet on MomsWhoThink.Com.

This recipe was super easy to make and took hardly any time at all. Once you mix all your ingredients together it was a piece of cake. The only thing about this recipe you end up with to much pie filling and have to leave a little out. Other than that, this is the best one I have ever had.

Ingredients:
2 cups Pumpkin
3 eggs
1 1/4 cups of half and half
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 cloves
9" round pie shell

Recipe:
Preheat oven at 350. Bake pie shell only until lightly brown. Let the pie shell cool completely. Place pumpkin in large mixing bowl. In seperate bowl, beat eggs well, then add half and half, vanilla extract, brown sugar, salt, spices. Blend thoroughly. Add pumpkin then mix well again. Poor pumpkin mixture into pie shell. Place on middle rack and bake for 30-40 minutes.
